The Season of Lent continues to unfold around us as we travel with Jesus to Jerusalem, the cross, Good Friday and the resurrection. During worship in March, we are focusing on The Great Spiritual Migration, by Brian McLaren.

Worship March 18: The Migration from Organized Religion to Organizing Religion John 4:23-34
STUDY of the book, The Great Spiritual Migration, by Brian McLaren. For the study, we will use a study guide, “Way of Life” and brief videos. This study will take place on three Sundays after worship, beginning at 11:30 am
Sunday, March 4 – lunch and discussion with younger families

Sunday, March 18 – Prime Time study
3 Ecumenical Sessions
We will partner with Hope Lutheran Church, Noble Road Presbyterian Church, and Church of the Redeemer United Methodist, all in Cleveland Heights, for five sessions together on Wednesday evenings. The sessions will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by presentation and discussion at 6:45 pm, then a brief time of worship, concluding by 8:00 pm.
The theme for these sessions will be Spiritual Practices to Enrich Our Lives.

Wednesday, March 7 – Peace Lutheran (across from us on Mayfield) Theme: Contemporary Christian Icons
Wednesday, March 14 – Disciples Christian Church, HERE! Theme: An introduction to Yoga as a spiritual practice- Kit Ontko
Wednesday, March 21 – Peace Lutheran Theme: Releasing Pain Through Art- Origami and Kintsugi
Sunday, March 25 – We will join together in worship on Palm Sunday to begin our journey through Holy Week with Jesus. The service will move From Palms to Passion as we read and experience the events of the last week of the life of Jesus.
Our Annual Bunny Lunch will take place after worship.
Maundy Thursday, March 29, we will serve our Community Meal from 5:00 to 6:30 pm and gather in worship at 6:45 pm for a Service of Tenebrae – observing the Last Supper, the betrayal, arrest, trial, and crucifixion of Jesus. Easter Sunday we will gather to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord at 10:00 am.
