People often ask what to expect when they go to a Church? Will I be judged or accepted? Will I be ignored or welcomed? Whether you come to DCC for worship, a concert, to volunteer, or for community program—whatever it may be—we hope you expect to be welcomed—to feel included—to be invited to be part of a community that is beautiful in its differences and diversity. We all come from different places, with different life experiences. We all have our broken parts in need of mending as well as gifts to share to share with one another. We are a community of imperfect people, seeking to love and care for one another despite our imperfections, because we are all created in the image of the divine.
